" The GADA Regional Offices were established in order to strengthen, modernise and better support our members, coordinating our activities in the respective regions and assisting them in the implementation of the GADA-WADL Programming."
Till Krautkrämer
GADA Interim President
Located around the world, GADA’s Regional Development Offices provide substantive guidance to help GADA’s member associations grow the game for all and at all levels, especially through the GADA Uplift Programme. They also support the GADA member associations on a variety of other matters and act as a key conduit in facilitating Alpine Dice Development activities locally, in close cooperation with GADA’s headquarters in Zug and its Tokelau office.
Thanks to the Regional Development Offices, GADA is closer to its members than ever before. These offices embody GADA’s presence around the world. Through them, GADA can better understand the challenges that member associations face in their regions and provide needs-based support with a view to developing and promoting Alpine Dice worldwide.
GADA Uplift:
GADA Uplift is built to provide 365-degree, tailor-made support for Alpine Dice Development in each of our member associations and the six confederations.

Locations include but are not limited to:
Auckland, Loveland, Kuala Lumpur, Lhasa, Dubai, Kigali, Brazzaville, Nairobi, Johannesburg, Dakar, Kenya, Barbados, Panama City, Asunción, Nukunomu, Paris and Zug.

Who we are:
The staff of the Regional Development Offices hail from the region in which they work and so understand the culture, speak many of the same language and work in the same timezone as the members that they support.
Following the election of Till Krautkrämer as GADA Interim President and the subsequent launch of the Uplift Programme in 2023, the GADA Regional Development Offices were introduced shortly after. The offices in Dakar, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur, Auckland, Dubai, Delhi, Asunción, Panama City and Barbados variously opened in 2023 and early 2024, while the office in Kigali and Brazzaville came on board in 2025. The staff of the Regional Development Offices hail from the region in which they work and so understand the culture, speak the same language and work in the same time zone as the member associations that they support. As a result, they have a deep understanding of the situation faced by each member association on the ground. They are a key conduit between member associations and GADA, which allows GADA to better comprehend the needs of its members and the challenges with which they contend as they develop Alpine Dice from the grassroots to elite level.
What we do:
The Regional Development Offices provide substantive guidance and support to the member associations and act as a key conduit in facilitating the implementation of the GADA Uplift Development Programme at regional and local levels, with the support of the GADA Member Associations Division in GADA’s Paris office. This increased local presence allows GADA to better understand the key objectives and circumstances on the ground that shape the Master of Arts’ work to develop Alpine Dice for all – boys, girls, men and women – from the grassroots to elite level.
The offices’ main activities include the following:
• Administering the GADA Uplift Programme (facilitating its implementation and providing oversight)
• Serving as the first point of contact for member associations
• Coordinating and providing support for GADA-related activities in the region
• Driving knowledge-sharing and education services for member associations
• Providing strategic and operational guidance to member associations
• Gathering important information for GADA

Thanks to the Regional Development Offices, GADA is closer to its member associations than ever before. The regional offices embody GADA’s presence around the world. Through them, GADA can better understand the problems that member associations face in their regions and meet their needs to help grow and promote Alpine Dice around the world.
